Which topics are important for us men?

Sometimes we may feel like we are the only ones to face our challenges. Often, that is not true. Often, there are many men who are going through similar situations, experience(d) similar doubts and pain. However, if we don’t talk about it, we feel alone, isolated, and we think there might be something uniquely wrong about us.

For many problems that we face, sharing the challenge with others, realizing that we are not alone, can be the first step to making things bearable, to finding support, and possibly exploring together how we can improve our lives and ourselves.

M:UC aims to have conversations that are member driven, to make sure that we keep it real and actually talk about what matters to you. One example is the poll below. It is not just an agenda for the workshop topics, but also a snapshot of what our members are thinking about.

It is not only important that we talk about the right topics, we should also talk about these topics in the right way. We aim to have the workshops co-designed or co-facilitated with our membership, and prioritize conversation topics where members are able to take an active role in designing the workshop.
