Are you a confident man?
This might be a complex question. In this workshop we, together, will analyze confidence.
What is confidence? Is confidence good? Which kind of confidence is good? How much is good? When is it good? How do we build good confidence (perhaps while having had adverse experiences)?
We will tie these questions together with concepts like accountability, relationships, community, masculinity, fragility, defensiveness, trauma, systemic oppression, and so forth. The goal is to go beyond conceptual questions, and together find steps forward.
This is an interactive workshop, where participants bring the content. Two weeks before the start of the workshop, participants will be asked a couple of questions on their needs, interests and perspectives. The answers will be used to guide the conversation.
The workshop is for masculine identifying folks (inclusive).
