Join Masculinity: under construction and The Atelier for our “first” movie night!
Everyone is welcome to attend this event.
We are going to watch the documentary “A better man”, by Attiya Khan. See: https://abettermanfilm.com/
The documentary follows Attiya Khan, when she revisits the man she was in a relationship with, and who abused her. She discusses the relationship and abuse with him, hoping that he will take responsibility and that she can find closure.
After watching the documentary, we will have a guided discussion.
This event is free, although a contribution for the Atelier will be appreciated. The Atelier is fully accessible.
This will take place in the Atelier. The Mauril-Bélanger Social Innovation Workshop (The Atelier) is a centre for training, collaboration, co-working, and launching social organizations that will have positive impacts on our community and that will fight poverty.
