NGM is super excited to welcome therapist Emma Ocean to facilitate what we hope is the first of many workshops on emotional literacy!
Why emotional literacy? Well, sadly many men have not necessarily been socialized to be in touch with their emotions β either identifying them, explaining, or expressing them β nor in turn, recognizing, naming, or holding space for the emotions of others. This can deeply impact their relationships with themselves and others and can contribute to loneliness, isolation, and poor mental wellness
But we know itβs never too late to learn these skills! And by learning and practicing these skills, we can improve our lives and the lives of those we care about 
Please feel free to share the workshop with others who may benefit. This workshop is aimed at men, but all are welcome to join.
